The text below is our user site agreement. These are the terms and conditions
required for access to our site. Please read completely before deciding to
agree or disagree with these terms.

Advertisements should be as brief as possible.
- The advertiser's contact number and other details will appear on the website.
- Buyers and sellers will deal directly with each other.
- Tackle-Trader.com are not responsible for any contact between buyer and seller.
- Tackle-Trader.com does not accept responsibility for any transactions between buyers and sellers.
- If a buyer or seller repeatedly violates our Terms of Use or trades dishonestly their account will be subject to immediate suspension.
- In the event that Tackle-Trader.com receive complaints regarding sellers or buyers who are acting unlawfully, under Part IV - Exemptions of the Data Protection Act Sections 29 & 35.2(a), we will pass on any relevant information to the Police and/or complainants to assist in any investigation undertaken to come to a satisfactory conclusion. - Advertisements appear immediately on site but will be checked for suitability and amended or rejected as necessary. Offending users will be banned.
- The cost of self-entry 'classified' advertising to non-commercial advertisers is free.
Commercial enterprises should contact Tackle-Trader.com for advertising costs.
- We offer an extremely high visitor and revisit rate as one of the highest traffic sites of its kind - and advertising in the form of key position banners, 'advertorials' (articles with advertising), etc, are available.
